Made in Mexico - El Escorpión

Did you know that in Durango, Mexico, there are families who for generations have been scorpion hunters?

These men and women catch thousands of scorpions every year. Some of their scorpion hauls are sent to laboratories to perform scientific research, while others are sold to vendors who encase them in key chains, ashtrays, napkin holders, or pickled inside bottles of tequila and mezcal.

Inspired by this scorpion merchandise, we decided to put a scorpion on a comfy, pre-shrunk, 100% combed and ring-spun cotton t-shirt that looks sharp and will certainly generate an embarrassingly out-of-hand number of unsolicited comments from total strangers.
